At Phoenix Executive Onboarding, we have developed a programme based on the experiences of dozens of executives. Therefore, we know the challenges and success factors during the first few months of a leadership transition. We specialize in supporting and accompanying you in your new role.

Our goal is to support both companies that hire executives and executives who take on a position as a board member or in top management. 

Our program focuses on seven key topics that make the difference between average and first-class onboarding.

These topics are: situation analysis, team, leadership, corporate culture, growth mindset, personal environment, and sustainable performance.

Our Commitment to Your Success

Our approach is structured and targeted to ensure that you are successful in your new role:

  • Start of collaboration: 30-60 days before your Day 1. We prepare you for your new role and ensure that you are ready to face the challenges that come your way.
  • Month 1 – Meet and Assess: We help you understand your new environment and make an initial assessment of your role, the situation on site, and responsibilities.
  • Month 2 – Assess and Strategize: Based on our initial assessment, we jointly develop a strategy to achieve your goals and effectively fill your role.
  • Month 3 – Strategize, Execute, Review: We implement the developed strategy and regularly review progress to ensure that you are on the right track.
