Our approach is structured and targeted to ensure that you are successful in your new role:
- Start of collaboration: 30-60 days before your Day 1. We prepare you for your new role and ensure that you are ready to face the challenges that come your way.
- Month 1 – Meet and Assess: We help you understand your new environment and make an initial assessment of your role, the situation on site, and responsibilities.
- Month 2 – Assess and Strategize: Based on our initial assessment, we jointly develop a strategy to achieve your goals and effectively fill your role.
- Month 3 – Strategize, Execute, Review: We implement the developed strategy and regularly review progress to ensure that you are on the right track.
