When I talk about unleashing potential – leadership potential, creative potential, memory potential, happiness potential… – I talk about 2 perspectives: outside and inside.
Looking at myself from the outside one might argue that I am 176 cm tall – so I am 176cm of walking potential. From the inside, however, the potential is usually unlimited. It´s just dormant, like a dragon, waiting to be unleashed. But how?
It starts with introspection and taking time for deep reflection – that is something most people, most leaders, shy away from, don´t have time for, don´t make time for.
